The hoist is completely disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and reassembled. This procedure is recommended for heavily used hoists and hoists subjected to outdoor conditions.
Includes all of the above services plus:
• The chain guides, lift wheel and suspension adapter nuts are inspected.
• The Load Protector is removed and inspected.
• The lift wheel gear is cleaned and re-greased.
• The rotor and shaft sub-assembly is removed and inspected.
• The voltage board is inspected.
• The stator is inspected on the primary and secondary windings.
• The contractor coil is inspected.
• The transformer is inspected
• The brake coil is inspected.
• The brake assembly is completely disassembled and the brake discs are Gauged for thickness and cleaned. The brake is reassembled. The brake Disc is replaced if the disc thickness is less than the manufacturer’s Specifications.
• Load-Testing (measures the exact load voice is able to lift and hold for 3 minutes)
• Chain Cleaning/Lubrication Followed by a Link By Link Chain inspection.
• All adjustments are gauged and metered to CM specifications.
